Return of goods

You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can return the entire order or only some items from the order.

Procedure for returning goods

• Write "REFUND" on the received invoice and, if you paid by cash on delivery, also add your account number.
• or write to shop@all4moto.net with the subject RETURN, write the order number or invoice number in the email, the items you want to return and your account number
• or fill out the cancellation form

Exchange of goods

Refund of payment

After delivery of the returned goods, we will check the goods and refund the payment within 14 days.
If you paid by cash on delivery, we will return the money to the account you specified when returning the goods. If you paid with a payment card, the payment will be returned via the card company.
