General information

Do you have public store?

Yes, our store is located in Slovakia, 91106 Trenčín, street Bratislavská 121/78 near highway exit.

Opening hours are: MO-FR 09:00 - 17:00 SA 10:00 - 13:00.

Can I order a product that is not available in the online store, e.g. an original part?

Yes. If you are looking for a specific product or a spare part for your motorcycle and cannot find it within our online store, write us a message to our email: shop@all4moto.net or use our formular here, and we will check the availability, price and delivery date.

I am not sure about the size, can the goods be returned if they do not fit me?

You can try on the ordered goods and if the size does not fit you or the goods did not meet your expectations, you can return the goods to us and we will exchange it for a different size, or another product, or refund your money. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, ideally with original tags and in the original packaging.

What is the delivery time for products in your store?

On product page you can see actual stock information:

Shop Trenčín: product is directly in our shop, shipping of product will be same day for orders until 15:00

Supplier stock: product will be shipped within 2-5 days for orders until 15:00

Where I can see stauts of my order?

Actual status of order you can see in you account on our site, or you can use the link provided in email confirmation.

It is possible to pick the goods at your store?

Yes, at checkout you can choose pick up service and after confirmation you can pick up your order.

Return of goods

I am not sure about the size, can the goods be returned if they do not fit me?

You can try on the ordered goods and if the size does not fit you or the goods did not meet your expectations, you can return the goods to us and we will exchange it for a different size, or another product, or refund your money. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, ideally with original tags and in the original packaging.

Can I also return an original part or spare part?

Unfortunately, original parts are special order goods and cannot be returned. Spare parts can only be returned in their original packaging and unopened, it is not possible to return a part that has been tried (mounted) on a motorcycle. Electrical parts cannot be returned, as it is not possible to determine whether the part has been used. In these cases, only a complaint about the goods is possible.
